From Film to Formula 1

7 Feb

IMG_2350

So its been a busy week  and I haven’t managed to catch up on as many films as I normally would… but what has been really interesting is that I’ve branched into another world starting with ‘F’ – Formula 1! Its fast, sexy, totally geeky and really quite fascinating! So it is pretty much like film! I’ve IMG_2352been presenting for a fantastic You Tube funded motorsports channel called Pole Position, who bring you the most amazing coverage of all the things you might be interested in and more, in the motorsport arena.

My first stop was with Caterham F1 – and seeing that Caterham is my home town, it seemed pretty IMG_2342fitting! I managed to bag an exclusive announcement where Dutch racing driver Giedo Van De Garde was unveiled as the new team driver and caught up with him and team mate Charles Pic on what makes them tick! (sorry!) And to top it all off, I also managed to get a sneak peek at the brand new CT03 – (that shiny piece of machinery in the picture behind me!)

If you love Motorsport then subscribe to their channel and in the mean time, check me out here with a few exclusive videos:

Well its come around quick hasn’t it?! Our pilot show was really well received so thank you for all your positive feedback. Hopefully you’ll see a lot of new and improved updates to what we first produced. Show two is fresh out of the oven and ready to hit your screens, so please sit back, relax and see what we’ve got in store for you this month.

To kick off the show we hit London’s Leciester Square where I’m lucky enough to interview at one of the best premiere’s I’ve been to so far… Men in Black 3. I managed to catch up with the gorgeous Nicole Scherzinger, Goonies legend Josh Brolin and teen sensation Conor Maynard! It was amazing!

Then we head back to the studio to meet brand new boy band The Promise – what a bunch of cheeky chappies : ) They were absolutely lovely and really talented musicians. Then finally it was down to meet the wonderful Natalie from Estella Cupcakes who talked me through creating the ultimate Jubilee party!

Its such a fantastic opportunity working on this show in such depth… I hope you can see all of the hard work that’s gone into it. Once again, huge thank you for following this blog and keeping up to date with my presenting career fingers crossed its going from strength to strength!

Enjoy the show! xx
