The Croods make their comments on The Budget and take over Stonehenge! #allinadayswork

The Croods Budget Day

So those cheeky cavemen and women who will be hitting our screens at cinemas nationwide tomorrow may not know what life is like outside of their cave BUT they certainly seem to know what’s going on with our budget!

Dreamworks have managed to draft up a fun additional poster to go with yesterday’s budget announcement – a bit of clever marketing if you ask me!

But they didn’t stop there, it looks like the Croods campaign is hitting all parts of the UK, as these fun viral videos show us The Croods taking over Stonehenge as well (with a bunch of boy scouts, as you do!).

Here’s how it came about …
The Spring Solstice or ‘Vernal Equinox’ recognises the first day of spring and each year sees druids and pagans gather at Stonehenge early in the JMP_STONE_HENGE_CROODS_-3morning to watch the sun rise above the prehistoric stones. The area’s local Scouts were on hand to help roll the colossal CROODS construction into place, marking the first time a modern structure has EVER been allowed on this historic site!

Take a look and see how it all happened and remember the film will be ready for you to watch in cinemas tomorrow, so if you like animations, like Dreamworks and like cavemen, then this looks like your perfect weekend treat!

Enjoy!

More about The Croods:

The Croods is a prehistoric comedy adventure that follows the world’s first family as they embark on a journey of a lifetime when the cave that has always shielded them from danger is destroyed.  Traveling across a spectacular landscape, the Croods discover an incredible new world filled with fantastic creatures — and their outlook is changed forever.

Catching up with The Risk (@theriskoffic ) at The London Dungeons….

11 Feb

Just before the Christmas rush, I managed to catch up with the lovely boys from The Risk –  The X Factor last year – as they treated their ever loyal fan base to a top secret gig at the not so Christmassy London Dungeons!

We chatted about why they wanted to perform at that venue, what they thought of the most recent winner of the X Factor – James Arthur, and how hard it really is to deal with all the flack contestants from the show get in the press (Poor old Christopher Maloney!)

The boys were also there to give a sneak peek of their new single Missiles (which after hearing it through the sound checks and performance is very addictive!) Here’s hoping it does really well for them!

So here’s my interview for Red Carpet News Extra and below its the boys latest single – so go download now!

Oh and as an added bonus, here’s the behind the scenes to their music video too!

You can follow the boys on Twitter @theriskoffic or on their ever popular Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/TheRiskOfficial
